Hi, I'm an employed, straight, non smoking, young at heart 39 year old male. I'm an honest person who needs a nice clean place to live in. I'm house broken so no worries there. I clean up after my self and do my part to keep the place I'm living in clean. I have three plus years of landscaping experience and don't mind helping keep the house looking great. I'm dependable and pay my bills on time. I have lived in the same house for five years and just recently found out that it was in for closer and had to move into an apartment with some one else. I was given less than a week to do so. I have a little to much stuff for a small apartment and would like to move out by november 21st or the 28th. The exact date doesn't matter as long as its on a saturday. I need to be at least 25 minnutes away from where I-17 and I-10 meet. Preferably close to the freeway or centrally located and some what close to down town phoenix. my move out dates are either november 21st or the 28th. Just as long as its on a saturday!
I lived at my former house for five years and paid my bills on time and have good references if requires. I am looking for a share or a decent size room to rent. I need the house to be nice because I dislike dumpy homes. I clean up after my self and need a roommate that does the same. A house or an apartment are both acceptable but a place with out a bunch of roommates is a must for me. Please provide a picture of the house if you have one thanks!

Hello everyone, I live in N Scottsdale right now, have my own apartment, and I'm currently paying $1,250 PER MONTH.....by MYSELF. My lease is up on 11/30/09. I work in Tempe, (Warner & Kyrene). I'm 37, single and STRAIGHT as an arrow!! Date when I can, like to have a good time...LOVE Vegas, and LA! I'm a non smoker, social drinker, no kids, pets, drugs, criminal record, DWI,or DUI'S!! ;-) I'm accustomed to having a pretty nice place, and I'm still looking for that. Not interested in living in a dirty, crowded place, with 3, 4, or 5 roommates at all, whatsoever. (Even if it saves me $1,000 a month). We do like to go out and have a good time but would never party at the house. I am a smoker but smoke outside. I like things to be neat and tidy...I keep a very clean home. We will have with us my car and his harley.
A little about me: I am a 28 year old female who is clean, responsible, & respectful. I work full-time at an elementary school. I will be starting my master's degree in Special Education soon so I will be needing a mostly quiet environment. I work 2 jobs right now to save up for my college classes which start in January 2010. I am going to be picking up a third job for the holiday seaso to get some more cash in the bank before school starts. I am rarely home, and when I am I don't have the lights on unless necessary, so you won't need to worry about the electricity bill shooting through the roof, in fact it hardly went up at my last place.
I do have a small 13lb dog, it isn't necessary that I can bring her but it would be awesome if I could. I've had her since the day she was born when I was 12 years old and she's completely spoiled, she usually sticks near me and doesn't wander off. She's completely house trained, spayed, and is up to date on all of her shots, she just had a heart worm check (all clear!) and is on preventatives for the next year so no worry there either. She is usually scared of other animals and won't go near them if she isn't comfortable, she does not start fights and will be ok around any animal that doesn't start fights. If I'm not able to keep her there permanently it would be nice if I could bring her to stay the night a couple days a week, but again not a necessity.
About me: I'm a straight Baptist Christian. I am ok with living with any race/color/religion/sexual orientation, it really doesn't bother me. I'm very accepting of other peoples lifestyles and religious views, I will not start a debate or try to convert you, but I am open to religous discussions if they're brought up by you (so you don't need to worry about me preaching to you all day). I don't care about race/color/religion/sexual orientation or anything like that. I am NOT ok with drugs of any kind, this INCLUDES 420. I am ok with smokers/drinkers as long as there isn't smoking inside the house and drinking isn't excessive. I do not smoke or drink.
I am not home very often, I keep myself busy with work, friends, and soon to be school so you'll see even less of me come 2010. When I am home though I want a place where I can feel comfortable around the house, I want it to feel like somewhere that I live not like I'm a guest. I am very easy to get along with, and we can always e-mail first to see how our personalities work together. I want to live somewhere CLEAN, it doesn't need to be crazy, I'm fine with a little clutter but after my last experience I need to be clear that the house cannot stink. I do understand that things happen, like accidentally leaving food out or cooking something that smells funky, that doesn't bother me I just can't live somewhere that smells bad every day.
I prefer a place with no cats, unless you can promise that the cat box gets cleaned daily. I work as a nanny and they have 2 cats with a covered cat box that gets cleaned daily and the house always smells fresh and clean. The last place I lived in had 2 cats, and an uncovered cat box that rarely got cleaned, and everything but my room+bathroom smelled like cat pee. I refuse to live like that again.
I do want a place that allows me to have guests, I didn't realize how many people were against social lives on here ;] lol. It will not be excessive, usually only one person over at a time, MAYBE 2 but not very often. I don't want a time limit on how long or when they can be over either, my friends and boyfriend are always respectful of the people I live with so you won't notice they are ever there. They only eat my food and use my stuff, and are quiet in case you're sleeping, studying, or just don't like loud noise. I can understand if you don't want them at the house when I'm not home, but other than that I prefer little to no restrictions since I will be paying rent.
I don't care if I have a private or shared bath, as long as we're both respectful of each others belongings :]

I am currently in an extended stay hotel and would like to find a quiet home to share with someone who also has felt the crunch. Male or female, it doesn't matter.
