we are responsible young adults. im 22 she is 21. i have been at the same architectural landscape company for 2 years as a draftsman. she has been a bookeeper for a year at safeway. we rarely miss work because honestly we cant afford to so we know we cant. i make sure bills are paid on time. we dont do any drugs. we dont smoke. we have no pets but are more than happy to live with them. other kids are great too. we normally party away from home. i dont usually brings friends over unless they are meeting me and then we go someplace. but we are normally pretty relaxed and quiet.

we are looking at maybe 600 for rent for the both of us and our baby boy. we also we hoping to not have to pay much for utilities but we can definitely work something out. we planned on staying until maybe april-may but longer is fine also it will depend of course on how well we live together.

I currently live with my DAD at 75th and Peoria and i work in TEMPE at AZ research park. I love my dad, hes the coolest guy I know most of the time.

Here's the problem~ The commute to work is killing me. Friday i was 5 hours late to work because my alarm clocks failed me and my phone service sucks- so my carpools called- it didn't ring- and so i didn't wake up. How ridiculousness is that? I hate being late for ANYTHING much less my form of living. lol

~ I've looked through the adds on Craig's list and nothing really seems right for me. I smoke, I drink, I have a small dog and a snake, I LOVE TO PARTY i love to have fun ~ I love to cuss ~ Im a very open person and most people love me... but some people can only stand me in small doses. I'm very independent ~ always have been ~ and im a very honest person.

I've lived on my own before, with my best friend, her husband, their son, and their daughter part time. Long story short ~ they stopped being able to afford it.

I work at an IT staffing firm ~ Corporate America! Have since Feb. I left my very controlling BF and am paying off all my debt to get my life bak on track.

I want someone with a god sense of humor who likes to go out and do crazy things sometimes but can also independently live on his/her own. Someone honest and laid back~ I find i get along with men a lot more than women. At least right off the bat

I like to play it safe with my finances (at least now days) so id like to find someone already established in there own place... or is lookin for someone to find a place with. something i/we can easily afford even in worst case scenario. I wouldn't mind a place with multiple roommates either.

My two kids are a boy, aged 11, and a girl, aged 15. Both are friendly, quiet, and keep to themselves - they definitely wouldn't be a bother. Both of them love the internet, so wireless internet would be nice. My daughter loves to cook and bake, so a kitchen that isn't too small and with enough space for more food items and cookware would also be nice (but not completely necessary).

I have 3 cats - 1 adult male, and 2 female kittens. The adult is neutered, but the kittens haven't been spayed yet, although I would make sure to do that as soon as possible. None of them have any problems.

The rent MUST be cheap, as in under $400 per month, including utilities. We don't need that much space - we'd be completely willing to squeeze into 1 room if we had to.

I’m pretty clean but not a neat freak. I like our common areas to be clean and I’m respectful of others. Like I said I have a great job so there won’t be any issues with rent money! I’ve had great experiences with past roommates and would be able to provide references.

Ideally I’m looking to share a place with one other person. I don’t have much stuff but would like a decent sized bedroom and covered parking. A little storage space would be great too! I work around Old Town Scottsdale so a short commute would be even better. Preferably someone under 40 would be cool.
