Hello i am seeking a a Part Time during the week Computer Science educated, and software engineer specifically in Programming with
a few select languages. Preferably PHP, Java, MVC frameworks and anything else that's useful to custom programming for
small or large projects so that I can learn from to do the work eventually myself but also just work with.

Its a volunteer work from our own locations or to meetup and work on projects few times a week.
Or if you can charge me for training or showing me based on a calibration of what I already know I can only pay you a certain fixed fee basis per project - scope of work to show me how its
all completed. I learn fast and can learn just by watching and duplicating processes when dealing with work involving OOP and more,
I would like to be treated as an EXTRA to learn almost as an internship type but not necessarily for a company and just with another person or small team.

I currenty work in Magento learning about its MVC framework and I've had college diploma and intro courses to PHP Programming, Javascript, Design, and just many other studies and
passed courses but Its not getting me into the real code work and projects.

Each season, Synergy hires and trains a team of Basketball Loggers to help identify and tag every play of every game in the Synergy database. The games are logged in two steps--Phase One logging and Phase Two logging. Loggers work from their homes using their own computers. The game clips viewed by Basketball Loggers are downloaded from one of three data centers into Synergy's proprietary logging software. Phase One logging is where the process begins. Phase One Loggers break down the games into individual possessions and attach basic tags, such as free throws and offensive rebounds. You don't have to know the sport in-depth, but it helps to understand basketball basics. It's more important to have a good proficiency with computers and a willingness to learn. Phase Two logging is where coaching-specific criteria are attached to the clips created in the first Phase. Phase Two Loggers identify players, play types, defenders, defensive sets, shot type, court location and the outcome of a play. This phase of logging requires an in-depth understanding of basketball and the willingness to learn the specific play types collected by Synergy. Many of Synergy's Phase Two Loggers have either played or coached basketball in the past, which gave them a good basis for learning the professional criteria Synergy uses for logging. The best Basketball Loggers are organized, motivated, dedicated and have a solid understanding of technology. Loggers love basketball, are flexible and able to take and apply critiques of their efforts. Trainees are paid $8.55 per hour. Phase One logging pays $15 per game and Phase Two game rates vary from $25-40, depending on the type of game. Experienced Phase One Loggers can complete a game in an hour or less; experienced Phase Two Loggers can complete a game in 1-1/2 to 2 hours. You MUST have a newer PC computer and a broadband connection. Loggers are scheduled in shifts and are required to work evenings and weekends.

Job Qualifications:
