This place is up for rent June 1rst or mabye sooner. It's a pretty average nice place. It overlooks the swimming pool. Everything is included dvd,stereo,2TVS,washer,dryer, 2 nice queen beds,400 thread count sheets etc.I'm willing to rent to the right people. Short term is ok. I'm looking for a min. 3 month commitment. Great location 1 mile to downtown Tempe and 6.5 to old town Scottsdale. Downtown Phoenix is not very far either. Also close to the 101,202,and 10 freeways.
