About Us:
One single, male 30ish and one, single female 26ish and one pooch: Laid back, Clean but not tidy freaks, Drink but no drugs, Work-a-holics, looking for male or female roomies.
Characteristics we require :
Professionals, great attitudes, hard-working, open-mindedness, 35 years or younger, responsible with a bit of fun!
Loudy McLoudmouths, potty mouths, cigarettes (no full/ part-time/ outside/ weekend smokers), no working from inside the home, party-animals, slobs, people who don't ask before they take, homebodies, cats, kids and grumps.
The Master bedroom is available, June 1st, for $648 per month. (No cats)
THE HOME:
- NORTH PHOENIX/ DEER VALLEY AREA. Just 2 minutes from shopping, entertainment, LA Fitness, 3 grocery stores, Cold Stone Creamery, Fast Food, MMI, Pan Am, UTI and too many commercial shopping centers to mention. <10 minutes to 51 and I17. 10 minutes from North Scottsdale, 5 Minutes from Desert Ridge.
- The room is furnished with a Full-size bed (If requested). Office station (including storage, desk and workspace), Customized Closets (2), Built-in book shelves, sliding door to back patio/ firepit, tavertine bathroom (with shower and vanity) plus tiled floors and built in surround sound speakers.
- GARAGE SPACE! Keep your car out of the heat!!!
- Rent is $648 per month and length of lease is negotiable and deposit is $250 of which $200 is refundable upon satisfactory check-out ($50 cleaning fee)
- Cable and (wireless!) DSL (internet) available with wireless router.
- Dogs Considered. 2 Dog Friendly Parks (with poopie stations) within 5 minute walk of home. We have one 50lb dog already.
- Sliding door to "fully-enclosed" yard and patio with cover, firepit and bbq.
- Good-sized laundry and storage area.
- Kitchen appliances are stocked
- Utilities are split 3 ways. (Approx. $70-100 per month ea.)
- Dining and Family rooms furnished (including entertainment center and cable), but wouldn’t mind more furniture if you have it to share!
- Community Center with Large Public Pool, Tennis/ Basketball Courts and both youth and adult activities only 5 minute walk away!!
- Completely refinished ceramic floors in all common areas.
