I am moving out around June 20, so you could move in then and stay until July 31 and only pay rent for one month! Rent is $400 plus utilities, which is usually about $60. We have wireless internet and full cable TV.
Located in the Questa Vida community at the 101 and University, only 1.5 miles from ASU Main campus, .2 miles to Tempe Marketplace, easy bike ride to Tempe Town Lake. Condo has roomie living room with TV [and wii!], nice kitchen with fridge, comes with washer/dryer, and we have covered parking. My bedroom does not have a TV cable, but I always just use the one in the living room. My bedroom has a huge closet, a sliding door and small patio, and I have my own bathroom [it is the hall bathroom, but it is right next to my room and its a full bath].
My two current roommates are both females, who are quiet, friendly, and usually keep to themselves. They both have boyfriends, who are over sometimes. They are very fun to be around, great living environment.
