My name is Tessandra. I have a one bedroom apartment 820 sq.ft. right in the heart of old town scottsdale-walking distance from restaurants, clubs, bars, shops, fashion square mall, scottsdale community college, and much more. I have all brand new appliances. I don't have a lot of clutter so my apartment is very spacious and clean. I'm looking to sublet my apartment from june 18th to early august (probably between the 7th and 11th, but the exact date is not finalized). I'm asking for $900 for all 7 weeks which is a steal considering the location and how much the set rent already is, however I REALLY need to sublet it so I would be up for negotiation.
