There is an furnished, open room in a very large 5 bedroom house right next to Mill Ave/Apache Blvd. It is on the corner opposite to Gammage which is probably the closest walking distance to ASU. The house is nice, vaulted ceilings, wood floors, and very large. There will be 4 other outgoing girls living in the house this summer. The house is fully furnished including a bed for the open room. Looking for someone to come in early as possible, (May 10th the earliest)and stay to Aug 8th max.
Utilities are around $100 each month. The month of May will be prorated also and no deposit is needed!
