This is for a private furnished apartment with two separate entrances, kitchen,
full bath, private patio plus many extras on a beautiful golf course.
Available for temporary time periods now to December 31, 2008.
Perfect little "home away from home" - everything you need is here, just bring
your clothing and personal items.
Great for a person on a temporary business assignment, extended vacation or
someone needing a relaxing temporary place to stay.
We are looking for a quiet, mature and preferably employed person for our
immaculate, fully furnished and decorated private guest apartment (sometimes called
a mother-in-law or a granny) on our home property on the golf course.
This completely self-contained winter vacation rental is being offered at a
drastically reduced rate during the summer months.
The studio type combination living room and bedroom is fully outfitted with
comfy
living room furnishings and a Murphy bed with a full sized (double) comfortable
mattress.
The full kitchen is sufficiently equipped; the dinning area and full bath room are
all separated from the living and bedroom area.
This unit has its own private little patio with outdoor furniture adjacent to the
lovely green golf course.
Apartment is completely separate with its own heating / cooling unit and its own
thermostat for your comfortable temperature control.
This unit also includes a parking space off of the street or inside our enclosed
garage depending on the size of your automobile. It has its own storage space
and its own washing machine too.
Sorry no smoking and no pets are allowed in the unit or on the premises.
$500 per month with a six month minimum agreement.

$600 per month with three month minimum agreement.
OR
$700 per month with one month minimum agreement.
Please add $150 per month utility and services fee that includes:
• All your utilities (electric, water, etc.)
• Basic satellite TV and DVD player
• Private phone line for local calls with an answering machine
• High speed DSL internet access for your computer
A fully refundable security deposit equal to your monthly rental rate is
required up-front to hold the apartment open for you.
$75 (one time only) cleaning fee due upon move-in with first month’s rent (this
fee may be refundable at move-out time if you clean).
