My roommate Daria is 25 and she is one of the coolest/friendliest girls you will ever meet. She always down for anything and she is also one of the cleanest people you will meet.

The apartment itself is approx. 1180 sq ft that comes with an upgraded refrigerator and freezer, microwave, cabinets, marble counters, tile kitchen floors, washer and dryer, walk-in closets.

Our electric bills have only been costing around 80-90 dollars a month total so you save a lot there only paying only half.

Also as a bonus you can keep any of the furniture that I own which includes couch, coffee table, side tables, computer desk and chair and entire queen bed set if needed. All of which totals at least $500 and you can have it for free. Nothing is wrong with any of it I just dont have any need for it anymore and can't take it with me.

Trust me when I say that this place was great but unfortunately I have to move home and take care of my parents.

The house is in a great area, There are coffee shops, small book stores and even an organic grocery store within easy walking distance. We get almost all our food at the farmers market and the organic market.

The sitter will be responsible for care and feeding of "the boys" when I am away as well as some light cleaning. Two dog feedings per day, with one older dog requiring a pill before mealtime and some enzymes sprinkled on his food.

We need to meet in advance and would ask for the you to come two or three days prior to our departure to ensure a smooth transition the first time out.
