near family.<br>
We have a fabulous 4 bedroom, 3 full baths and 1 half bath home. The master<br>
is down.<br>
We live in the best school system, in the state....Lake Travis ISD.<br>
There are 48 homes, in our subdivision. We are 20 minutes from downtown<br>
Austin. Each home is unique. Ours is 4700 square feet, with a huge kitchen,<br>
overlooking the living area. The kitchen has granite and stainless appliances.<br>
There is a wonderful covered deck, and a lovely inground swimming pool.<br>
The entire back is fenced. It is an extremely quiet neighborhood, and ours<br>
is the best lot, in the area.<br>
We have one and a half acre, and our custom, gorgeous home, was built<br>
in 2001. It has been lightly lived in, as we are semi-retired. Our sons<br>
are in their 30's. <br>
There are many children, in the neighborhood, as well as older couples.<br>
The house is in Bee Cave, near several golf courses and beautiful Lake<br>
Travis.<br>
We had considered a trade, last year, but really need to trade SOON,<br>
due to family illness, in Scottsdale.<br>
We woud like an EVEN TRADE only, unless you are willing to pay the<br>
difference.<br>
Our home has never been listed. We would prefer to trade, without<br>
real estate agents involved. We do have an agent, if one is preferred.<br>
