This is a 2 bedroom,2 bathroom, spacious, bright and comfortable condo. We are located in the Las Gaviotas condominium community of only 44 units. We are not in a highrise complex of hundreds of units. The property offers a swimming pool and 24 hour gated and secured parking. We are located at the very beginning of Sandy Beach, right next to the beautiful Hotel Penasco del Sol. It is a very short walk to some of the best restaurants,taco stands,bars and shopping in town. All of our guests LOVE it.
The views of the sun setting over the Sea of Cortez are spectacular from our awesome balcony.
