You and your family will have lots of fun up here - fishing trips and boating lakes, hiking/bike trails, hunting, and even off-road trails if you're in to 4-wheel fun. Lots of friendly critters to see too, like elk, deer, squirrels and birds.
It's also the perfect place to unwind, relax, and just take in nature with no obligations except to unwind and get away from it all.

During the summer the weather is perfect. The temperature rarely gets above 88 degrees, and doesn't get very cold at nighttime.
In the winter, we get snow for sledding or tubing, or even building a snowman.

It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (with new steam shower), King select comfort air bed in the master bedroom (so you can pick your number), big kitchen, washer dryer, and a large covered deck with adjustable ceiling fans. We keep it very comfortable and clean on a regular basis. A wonderful place to relax with friends and family and enjoy the wonderful outdoors & seasonal activities.

We only charge $125 per night Sunday through Thursday and $175 for Friday and Saturday. We do NOT charge a cleaning fee or linen fee, or have hidden fees.

The rest of July has been booked, but August is still available so please book your stay early because we fill up very fast during the summer and autumn months.

Lots of fun up here - lakes, hiking, biking, hunting, quad trails, etc. The cabin is a 3 bedroom, a 2 bathroom (with a STEAM SHOWER), the master bedroom has a KING SELECT COMFORT AIR BED, big kitchen, washer dryer, there is a TV in every room with a dvd or vhs player, cable TV, and a large COVERED DECK, check out the pictures on the beautiful pictures on the web site, Very comfortable and clean. A wonderful place to relax with friends and family and enjoy the wonderful outdoors. We charge $125 per night Sunday through Thursday and 175 for Friday and Saturday. I am leaving to go back to Chicago from Dec 15th to Jan 6th. Lookin for somebody to stay here while I am gone. I am right on Dobson and Baseline. Rent may be negotiable. Its a one bedroom, one bath with a mammoth tv in the living room. Dishwasher and laundry in the apt well home. Great neighbors and located right next to the US 60 AND LOOP 101. Decent sized BALCONY, with a queen size bed. Direct tv Sports package with Showtime and Stars Theres a basketball court, tennis court, dog park, and a Golf Course. 2 miles away from the light rail. 10 minutes away from ASU. 15 minutes away from downtown Phoenix. Just think take a vacation and you don't have to stay in a hotel could save some good money. I will also throw in a pair of tickets to the SUNS game.
