Cristal Building is the optimum location at Las Palomas, and many returning Las Palomas visitors request Cristal building for the reasons shown in the table above. We are located far from the new constuction activity so you won't have to deal with that, and the south-east exposure gives you full afternoon shade on your balcony plus the delightful views of Old Port. Inside, we've furnished each of our three Las Palomas Cristal building condos with new, modern furniture including premium comfortable mattresses, along with a host of electronic conveniences so you can access the internet on the PC, enjoy a DVD movie on a 42" wall-mounted LCD TV with surround sound system, or play music using your iPod or CD's.

You have to see this fabulous Condo to believe it. The wrap patio is located as close as the Mexican law will allow to the Ocean (That's close!). Patio is facing ocean and also wraps to the side of Resort. This patio has a table seating 8 with two lounge chairs and a full bar set with 4 rotating chairs to set around and enjoy the view. You get the entire coast line to view from there.
A 65 inch television inset in a 18 foot stained wood entertainment center is in living room with leather sleeper sofa. All forms of luxury and comfort await you here. All bedrooms have king size mattresses that are a premium beds with pillow-top mattress pads on each. Each bedroom has tvs with dvd/vcr players. The two showers/bath are set in beautiful travertine marble.
In the dining room is a large stained wood round table with matching chairs for the kitchen counter. We've made the kitchen fully stocked with everything necessary to cook a complete dinner or bake a cake if you feel creative. Toaster, coffee maker, mixer, blender--(gotta have a blender) are all available for your use. Kitchen counter tops made of granite and automatic dishwasher works very well.
Phone is set up to make calls if you like. There is even a laundry room with washer and dryer so you can wash your cloths if you are getting low on apparel.
All walls are finished in a beautiful faux paint. For a virtual tour of the inside of the condo, just contact us and we will tell you how to see it all. This condo is kid-friendly with lots of games and dvd movies to enjoy.
The Sonoran Sun Resort has all the amenities of a luxury resort with a large exercise room, swim up pool bar so you can sit on the stools while in the pool and drink your favorite fruity coctail or eat some fajitas. There is also a restaurant, bar, and live music being played every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. Don't worry though, the music stops at 10:00 and isn't loud enough to be annoying for those who want to just relax. That's what I like most about the Sonoran Sun...you can just relax. You can do that on the beach under a palapa, by the pool on a lounge chair or on your patio while enjoying the unbelievable view of the entire coast line. (This part of the view will mesmerize you). Smoking is not allowed and pets are not allowed as well.

We are located in the peaceful quiet neighborhood of Sun City - a tranquil community
that is just 25 minutes away from downtown Phoenix and conveniently next to the towns
of Peoria and Glendale. It is just a short trip to LP101 freeway, Interstate I-10, Surprise,
Sun City West, Westgate, Luke AFB, PHX, the sport complexes, the arena and all of the
stadiums. The University of Phoenix Stadium, (Arizona Cardinals) is 10 minutes away.
This is a fully outfitted apartment with a separate, fully equipped kitchen with window
nook breakfast area; full bath plus a private patio on the golf course. The studio type
living area and bedroom are combined; furnished with comfy living room furniture and
one full size (double), comfortable Murphy bed. This kind of bed is a full sized regular
bed and not the out fold out type.
All cooking equipment, eating utensils, dinnerware, bedding and bath towels are of
good quality and provided along with satellite TV, DVD player, wireless internet access
and a private land line for local calls. This unit has everything you would want or need
for your "home away from home", even a washing machine should you want to wash
your clothes.
