Job Title: Client Services Coordinator (Position reports to Director of Client Services)
25-35 hours/week, $14/hour starting pay

Job Duties:
� Update Web site content frequently
� Assist with the design and implementation of firm marketing materials
� Update marketing materials (I.E. flyers, presentations)
� Manage internet marketing software (Infusionsoft)
� Manage newsletter mailing lists
� Distribute approved newsletters to appropriate contacts
� Manage brochure requests from Web site
� Proofread documents for online and hardcopy
� Assist in the coordination of special events
� Work with vendors to generate promotional items
� Assemble presentation packets
� Manage pick-up/distribution of presentation packets
� Input data in firm software
� Run errands for firm referral sources, in-house presentations, etc. (Must be willing to drive a car and purchase miscellaneous items needed. Will be reimbursed for both gas and items purchased.)
� Research new marketing methods

Required Skills and Qualifications:
� Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
� Comfortable consulting with a variety of personalities (I.E. graphic designers, sales representatives, web programmers, attorneys)
� Excellent time management and organization skills
� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
� Self-motivated and reliable
� Position often requires the ability to self start a project with limited instruction and �run-with-it.�

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
� Legal marketing experience or desire to have a career in legal marketing
� Writing/editing in AP Style
� Proficiency in Photoshop
� Proficiency in Dreamweaver
