i'm hoping to find someone out there that can help my mom (im not actually her biological daughter but love her just the same) with some type of financial help....she is a wonderful woman, 76 years old, has 2 grown children one of which lives with her and helps as much as he can.
she is a survivor of kidney cancer , has been hospitalized several times in the past year and a half with new medical conditions on top of her preexisting ones.
her 52 year old daughter and her boyfriends had been living in her home for more than 7 years and not only was mom supporting them in every way humanly possible...they repeatedly stole from her, deposited fraudulant checks into her account so they could withdraw the cash, and whatever else they could think of to support their drug addiction.
this very loving christian woman has opened her arms and her home to many people throughout the years and is now is serious need of some financial help.
i moved in to help her over a year ago and since have kicked her daughter and her boyfriends out, (they were not even aware that she had not eaten any solid food in more than 7 weeks) done all of the household things (she is no longer able to) and have taken care of this beautiful person in any and every way possible
it has been a full time job taking care of her especially since she has become so unhealthy over the past several months
i wish there was more that i could do but being here for her 24/7 has made it virtually impossible.
her medical bills have truly overwhelmed her...she is in debt due to supporting her daughter, her boyfriends and there drug addictions...she has suffered a huge financial loss due to them stealing from her and is still repaying all of the fraud charges that were done against her bank account
she no longer has a savings account because her daughter talked her into "loaning" the money she had tucked away for emergencies to her latest boyfriend with promises to repay the "loan" in installments which of course never happened
and now she is nearly 4 house payments behind, has a decent stack of unpaid medical bills and the thought of losing her home to foreclosure has added to her health problems
she is a very proud woman who has always been there for any and every one to turn to and is now the one who needs the help but noone is there for her to count on
i have heard that there are people and organizations that help the needy financially and if there is anyone out there that can help her in any way it would help this wonderful woman in more ways than i can ever explain and it would be truly appreciated!
i guess my biggest concern is that she is able to live the rest of her life in the home she worked so hard for all these years
the memories of raising her 2 children, holidays with her 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren as well as her extended family and the years of hard work, dedication and love that she hasput into her home could never be replaced!
