We are a growing Homeowner Retention Firm that specializes in loan modifications, principal reductions, and government forbearance plans. Frankly we excel in helping people save their homes and keep the stability in their lives. We need a customer service representative to answer incoming calls from our many clients who are often scared during the process. You would be giving updates, answering questions, and requesting documents.
You will need to be or have :

- Stable employment history
- Punctual and dependable
- Proven ability to handle customer service issues
- Detail oriented
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
-Some Data entry experience
