Looking for rental for my semi- retired parents who are trying to relocate here from Nevada. Their lease is up on January 15th. Woulld like a move in of January 1st. Maximum of 1 year lease. They have 2 small dogs and 2 birds. Full time caregivers to 9 year old granddaughter. Looking for clean, kept up home in this area. Pool is nice but must be fenced. Need yard service included if grassy.
Been leasing from same landlord for 3 years. Bankcrupcy in 2004.
