Hello! We are a young christian family re-locating from Las Vegas, NV. We have 3 children, 6, 3, 1 and two small dogs (poodle & chiwawa-shitzu mix). My children are well behaved and so are my dogs! :) We were origianlly planning on relocating Feb/March 2010, but due to new circumstances we are looking to relocate possibly in Mid-Decemeber. We are trying to make this as smooth as possible because of our children and the holidays. Our credit is completely shot, we are actually going to start filing bankruptcy at the begining of the year. As I said we are a young couple, and we made mistakes when we were younger. We have sinced learned and grown to accept our mistakes from the past. We are trying to make a new start for ourselves and our family. So we are hoping to find a property where credit isnt a big issue. We arew good tenants, pay our rent on time, communication is a big thing with me so that will never be an issue, we will take care of your house. As for what we are looking for; 3-4 bd(opt den) 1-3bth, grass area in the back for the kids and dogs, close to elemenrty school if possible, a fenced pool would be GREAT for those hot summers! preferably not on a busy street possibly even a culdesac. We arent looking to have a new house but updates are nice to cut down the bills. I would love to have no carpet or carpet only in the bedrooms. A garage is not a necessity, but would be nice. I am only looking for a single story, one because of the kids and two I have foot problems and stairs can cause issues with me. If the house is painted or could be painted by you or us that would be great ( I really hate white walls, but they are livable!) Our rental budget is up to $800 or less, maybe up to $900 if there is a pool. We have our own washer and dryer so if rent can be negotiated with that, that would be great. I know there are houses out there at these prices, I have been researching for months. Its just the issue of finding someone kind hearted enough to work with our credit. I know this might seem like alot to be asking for in a rental home, but I know what I'm looking for. We are looking for a long-term rental some where to set some roots for our children and possibly if we find the right house for our family maybe buy it one day.
