Duties:
� Answering phones, distributing correspondence, troubleshooting cell phones, working with photo�s for billing purposes and preparing spreadsheets upon request.
� Pretty much whatever needs to get done in an office setting.
� Make your admin team better by providing support to other departments and managers � We have no idea what that means, but it sounds pretty important.

� Conducts errands off of the property including the purchase of supplies, post office mailings, etc.
� Performs other duties as necessary to meet the needs of residents and the property.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform all essential functions satisfactorily. The requirements define the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary to perform the essential functions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school education or higher preferred.
