Dobbins Road, Phoenix, AZ 85041 has an immediate job opportunity for a qualified Information Ambassador (Receptionist).


Information Ambassador Full time and Part time (26 hours), South Mountain

Summary: Answer and direct 8 line-phone system. Determine purpose of call and direct callers to appropriate department, individual or alternative agency information in a timely manner. Greet public in a friendly and inviting manner. Handle deliveries and donations of items quickly. Provide clear assistance to other departments as requested.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent plus at least 2 work experiences in similar or related position. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Must possess excellent telephone answering techniques, customer service skills and present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Must have ability to multi-task in a busy environment, and be able to read, write and speak English clearly. English/Spanish bilingual preferred. Must be able to perform clerical duties such as records maintenance and filing.
