Need to be able to download builder start data from various resources including internet, email and industry specific software programs
Bluestake experience a plus but will train if needed
Enter plumbing start and option data into company specific software
Generate purchase orders and inventory tracking reports
Answer and direct phone calls
Establish and maintain customer relationships
Generate weekly and monthly reporting
Assist with rebate program tracking
Communicate with team members both internally and externally
Must be computer literate and have experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task
Knowledge of home builder starts
Experience with home building industry, plumbing knowledge a plus
1-2 years experience or equivalent education (construction experience preferred)
Professional attitude and communication
Disciplined work ethic
Self-starter
