Now is the time to do your yard clean-up. The weather is cooler and we feel more like being outside. Now that you are out there in the yard you realize you are not looking forward to trying to find the perfect place to put the grill, patio furniture, pool supplies and so forth. You also realize there is more to put away this year. How did that happen? Oh yeah, you took advantage of some of the good sales to replace or add to your patio furniture, or pool toys or lawn ornaments. Now where are you going to put thoses extra things? I am sure you haven't added on to your house so you need to get a storage unit. It isn't hard and we at Central Self Storage are nice people. We are well trained and we can help to answer all the questions you might have.
Lets start at the beginning, we are locsted at 5240 W Cactus Road in Glendale. That is just west of 51st Avenue on Cactus. Continue to go west on Cactus crossing over the canal on the right or north side of the street you will notice our large American flag flying to let you know exactly where to turn. Once you get to the parking lot park and come on in for a tour of the property. You really can't tell from the street how large our property is, you will be surprised.
Our office hours are from 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm on Saturday and 10am to 2pm on Sunday. You have access to the property everyday from 7am to 9pm including holidays. We have video surveillance, our managers live on the property, we have a complete supply of packing and moving supplies in the office, our leases are month to month, we have a FREE TRUCK you can use during move in, we have dolleys and flat bed carts you can use on the property.
The rent is always due on the 1st of the month, the month that you begin to rent from us is prorated for just the days that you are here, and from then on the rent is due on the 1st. We give you a grace period of 10 days, so as long as you pay the rent by close of business on the 10th you will not receive the late fee. On the 11th of the month the late fee is assessed. You may pay your rent in a variety of ways ie: debit or credit card, check, cash, money order, automatic payment, online payment and so forth. We have a few different specials going on at this time so when you come in we can go over them. Don't for get we have a FREE TRUCK for you to use at move in!!
