Do you have a positive attitude? Are you motivated and confident?

Well established Property Management Company seeking Licensed Assistant Property Manager.

Responsibilities include: Application processing, preparation of leases and addendum's, maintenance work orders, advertising on various websites, HOA violations and any other duties as they may be assigned. Phone skills a must as this positions will be responsible for all tenant communication.
Computer skills required are: Excel, Word, Outlook and the ability to adapt to new software. Ability to multitask, think outside the box and ability to work under pressure.

Applicants must have current Arizona Real Estate License.

This position will grow into managing your own portfolio at some point. Looking for someone desiring long term stable employment with a great company!
