55+ adult woman (non smoking snowbird) looking for a place to spend a few months out of the cold of SLC, UT. Just me and my rat terrier (totally house trained, both of us :), the perfect pet so don't worry), Family will be visiting off and on during my stay so would like a 2bd plus a den, but open to anything (even one bedroom). Open to buying if I love and you want to sell. I have nice taste and enjoy the extras life has to offer, has to be clean, has to be furnished and would prefer something along the golf course. Spent 2 months last year and serious about buying a second home. Would like to arrive the week after xmas and stay till end of February or maybe March.
