we currently are living with a friend of ours which has been over 7 yrs.now.she was dignosed with cancer and is now in the hospital on life support.we cannot get a refferance or any signed statement from her due to the condition she is in.she will probably not make it more than a week she was dignosed 2 1/2 weeks ago so the cancer did not take long to spread.anyway we are not looking for sympathy just a place to call home till we can get back on our feet again we can afford about $450 a month,but there is a catch we have animals 2 dogs and 2 cats.we have records on all the animals proving shots and licenses.and the animals are fixed and housebroken they are the best they think they are people.any way if anyone has a guest house or a 1 bedroom house they are willing to rent to us that would be awesome.we would be willing to take a fixer upper as well and work on it as we go along we can even supply some of the materials needed as well.or if it needs painting we can do that too.we have referances of the work we have done on some of the houses in our neighborhood .we can do all kind of work and yard work as well so if you have a place just sitting and collecting dust and you need work on it we are the people to do so.by the way we are 2 females so if you don't have a problem with females doing excellent work on your fixer upper,you can contact us via craigslist,with your number and name and we will get back with you propmtly.thanks for taking time out to read this.
