Everyone that we've talked to so far seems as though theyre behind on their mortgage and want a REDICULOUS move in amount just so they can catch up.

We are a young white married couple, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. Looking for a 2-4 bedroom house. Preferably nothing over $750 a month, with the lowest possible deposit(considering we would sill have to pay to move, set up utilities, etc etc). Not trying to get over on anyone but it all boils down to - we need a house, and you need to rent yours, especially since its not making you ANY money just sitting there.

We would be looking to shake hands/sign papers THIS WEEK. Please let us know what you have, as much info as possible, pictures would be greatly appreciated, and lets see if we can make a deal!
