Job Description:
We are in search of a qualified and friendly individual with exceptional customer services to join our growing team. The accounting assistant will be responsible for assisting the with admin duties. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities:
• Data Entry for work order close out
• Prepare, verify and process invoices
• Chase down missing invoices
• Enter Bills and process invoices
• Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy and on time
• Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company
Qualifications:
• Must possess knowledge of bookkeeping procedures including accounts payables and receivables
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy and well organized
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Decision making skills
• Effective verbal and listening communications skills
• Excellent Math Skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• QuickBooks experience required
• Willing to work independently
Hours of Operations: M-F 6am-2:30pm
