My wife and I are renting out a unit in our quadplex and we'd love to find a responsible tenant who will take care of it like it's their home. We want the place to feel like a community as well so family-friendly is important.
We renovated and did not cut any corners or do things cheap. We want the place to feel like a home that you'll stay at a long time! Well-behaved/respectful pets are welcome. We also don't believe in nickel and diming our tenants so the price is the price - no extras for parking spaces or convenience fees or any of that stuff. Section 8 voucher accepted for a 1 or 2 bedroom. Dedicated parking, onsite free laundry, central A/C, and landlord pays for water/sewer/trash - you only pay for electricity (brand new central A/C unit so more efficient and lower electric bills).
