If you think thats too old then you should really research all the issues with the newer refrigerators.
The slightly older ones are the best because they take 134a refrigerant which you can get anywhere, even home depot, even without a hvac license and they have standard compressors not the variable speed ones. That's why they still work and the newer ones break down within a year having the compressors replaced and then break again with a sealed system leak after a couple more years. We've had several newer ones and they are all junk.
Due to many people having me plug in the fridge and then not showing up, then rescheduling and not showing up again, I will not be plugging the fridge in any longer. I'm not a fan of people taking money out of my pocket with their inconsiderate behavior. I have proof the fridge works as of mid may 2025, the last time someone had me plug it in and then no show no called.
We went to a 48" fridge to accomodate our needs better.
Very nice shape. no dings or dents in the stainless.
Has new drainage trays that have been rhino lined so they wont rot out.
No leaks.
New freezer and fridge ball bearing slides for smooth like new operation.
