”Navajo Girl” 12x16 oil on fiber board painted in 1998. I painted this after many trips to the Southwest and many photographs. This area is very special in the way these people are able to live in a very dry and hot climate in summer and cold in the winter. I tried to make this painting reflect this unique culture.
NOTE: EXCELLENT CONDITION
[Hi-I am an artist that lives in Dillon-a small town in Southwest Montana, United States of America. I have been painting for 30 years primarily in oil and acrylic and mostly landscapes. All the paints are of the best quality so they will last for many years. Many of the paintings from my favorite places-the national parks-Glacier.Grand Canyon,Zion,Arches,Bryce are painted on on the spot in any kind of weather. I hope to capture the mood and beauty in the paintings and hope you can see these qualities too.
