The Handcrest paper cutter is a type of manual paper cutting tool designed for precision cutting of paper, cardstock, photographs, and other thin materials. I'm pretty sure it's a 'self-sharpening' model because the blade stays sharp. I've had it for about 10 years. It's been well loved. It has some blemishes as well as old repairs. Works well:)
