These are actually “suitcase hubcaps”. I worked at an airport for 20 years, and I was always finding these things out on the tarmac or by the conveyor belts. I thought they were neat lookin, … so I started pickin them up.
Now I’m puttin my 20 year collection up for sale. 😲

A woman in her 60’s bought some from me, and made flowers out of them (see photos), Then donated them to children’s hospitals to cheer up the kids. What you make with them is only limited by your imagination.
Most of these are fancy, and some are rather plain. Some might be slightly scuffed, but a little paint takes care of any scratches.
