Trunk outside has never been touched as far as refinish. The 2 snap locks on either side of the front secure the top for moving. The lock is bent. No key. Does not work. Side end leather handles are rotted and gone. Why is the inside painted? When I purchased it many years ago it was painted wild PINK inside. I covered that with the current paint. I know 2 wrongs don't make a right. It would look brilliant refurbished but is OK as it is if you like...

The drop in shelf / drawer that would fit on the inside was gone when I bought the trunk.
