BioTek Synergy HT SIAFR Microplate Reader - Powers On - No Power Adapter

This microplate reader powers on with a power supply that I use for testing but it does not come with a power supply. The input power recommendation is 24 VDC 100 Watts. I was able to get it to power on with a power supply with 18.5V 3.5W. The power button lit up, and I can hear it running but I wasn't able to test it beyond that, and I am offering it AS-IS.
