Cleveland Manitowoc 21CET16 Countertop Steamer - 440/480V 3 Phase w/ Stand

This steamer was surplus from a school district. The information tag show that it powers on with 440/480V 3 phase power, but I don't have 3-phase power, and I can't find the power input for it and so I am not able to test it. I am offering it AS-IS, untested. There are some areas of mineral deposits around the pipe connectors and the stand (see pictures).
