Megger HDW Electronics EZ-Restore Cable Test & Fault Locator Model Number 290-40000V

This unit powers on and the green light next to "BATTERY CHARGING" lights up. When I press the "ON RESTART" button the red light next to "BATTERY FAILURE" lights up. I would assume that this means that the battery is bad and would need to be replaced. I am not able to test this beyond this, and I am offering it AS-IS.
This was tested with a power cord that went with a different unit. A power cord is not included.
At the time of this listing, I have 4 of these.

$1250 each.
