Today we have a new laid back cruiser style seat post. It’s a 20.7mm frame mount and slightly wider (7/8”) at the seat mount. It measures about 15” overall with about 3 ½” of offset, it’s steel and I don’t see a brand name. If I remember this one was going to go on the 56 Schwinn Corvette I went through, but it just looked wrong on the bike.

I do have a couple of other (larger diameter) laid back posts (not listed) as this one is too narrow for most bikes.
