If you enjoy driving, visiting properties, and using your smartphone to take great photos — this is a simple, flexible job that pays consistently.

📌 JOB DUTIES
• Drive to assigned properties (mostly residential homes).
• Take 20–30 clear photos inside & outside the property.
• Record a 2–5 minute walk-through video (interior + exterior).
• Submit all media via Google Drive, Dropbox, or text upload.
• Communicate with the team for access instructions or lockbox codes.
• Provide accurate notes about the property condition.

• Reliable vehicle (must be dependable).
• Up-to-date smartphone with a good camera (iPhone or comparable).
• Ability to take clear, steady photos & videos.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Must be comfortable entering vacant or owner-occupied homes.
• Good communication skills.
