International company that manufactures echo friendly, high-end louvered roof system in a young, vibrant atmosphere is looking for an Account Manager/Leads Director.
Work in a team and with return customers from all over the country. Every day will look differently. You will not be micromanaged; you will be dealing with diverse tasks from technical issues through marketing and quoting.
Job will include, but not be limited, to the following:
• Accounts Manager: technical support and assistance to existing accounts with orders, installation and quotes. No need for previous knowledge of our product.
• Customer relations /service including answering phone calls and emails, making estimates, invoices, scheduling shipments.
• Leads Program Manager; goal is to generate sales from leads coming into website. replying to inquiry emails, creating leads data base, assigning leads to dealers, following up etc.
• Assistance to CEO
• Assisting with different projects
• General office work: assisting with mail, filing and bills and any other task as requested per company needs
•Good computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, QB
• Experience in data-based structure systems
• Experience with customer service
• Initiative, Organized and able to follow-up
• Ability to work in a team (will need to liaise with Sales Reps, office and Production Manager)
• Will need to travel out of the state for about 2 weeks long 4-5 times a year.
- Position is full-time. Office working hours between 7am - 4pm (1hour lunch break)
