1996 Eddie Bauer Edition 4.0
One owner, garaged until 2021. No accidents. Please communicate using autotrader website until I know youre serious about this.... Im getting multiple daily requests to text but dont want spam scam calls.
Unfortunately the engine runs rough after it warms up, the computer runs one bank too rich. I dont know why but suspect a vacuum leak, faulty sensor or maybe needs a valve job/head replacement? IDK.
I replaced MAF, all OX sensors, plugs, wires, coil, fuel injectors, air filter, etc but still runs rough. If someone figures this out theyll have a really nice older SUV with ABS, leather, etc..
AC & Transmission work good. The transfer case only engages AWD for short periods of time then kicks it back to 2wd.
There are a few other known problems; the overhead compass/temp display only works occasionally, a common problem usually from a failing solder trace, 2nd row passenger doors dont open from the inside due to child safety lock malfunction.
