2008 Saturn Aura XR 3.6

Clean mid size premium car, 142k mi, camel leather interior with heated seats, headrests have DVD players
Great audio system with eight speakers, sunroof, 3.6L V6, digital climate control, strong A/C and heat
Tires are good, paint faded on hood, roof and trunk, no leaks, the rear window tint is old, needs replacement

Runs and drives well but sometimes codes P0700 and P0752 come on and it will not shift gears properly
Possible transmission solenoid or electrical? Doesn't happen all the time, shutting it off and then restarting resets it
Also needs emissions to register in Maricopa County, check engine light on due to codes above, being sold as is!

Would be a good car for someone willing to put the time into it.
