Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided loaders or mobile equipment to move aggregates, materials, and production inventory safely.
- Feed plants, bins, trucks, or stockpiles while supporting daily production goals.
- Complete pre-shift equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

- Follow all site safety, PPE, traffic, environmental, and equipment operating procedures.
- Support basic housekeeping, material handling, and general labor tasks around the yard or plant.
- Communicate with supervisors and crews to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
