At the time of this listing, I have a quantity of these that came from a community colleges program. I power tested each one, with a power adapter I use for testing, and they all responded the same. When I first power it on, the red light above each "Mic Gain" dial flash and then the green light above each of them flashes and then the blue "Power" light stays on. The red light next to both "Phantom Power" dial lights up when I press those buttons.
All are on overall good condition and may have scratches and scuffs on the top and bottom surfaces, but the faces and back are all good.
This does not come with a power adapter or any other accessories. This uses a power adapter with an output of 12V DC 3.5A.
