I'm the original owner, have had it for over 10 years and up in 3 different locations. Very sturdy and heavy projector screen with floating mounts included.

There are some scuffs on the outer case to be expected with the age, but all cosmetic. Inner screen is in great shape, no damage, may need a light dusting once installed. Return roller function works as expected.

I believe these are the correct measurements:

106" diagonal image size (16:9 aspect ratio)
Viewing area: 92"W x 52"H
