This switcher powers on and gets the displays shown in the pictures. This is as far as I have been able to test it.
It has some scratches and scuffs but is overall in good condition. It came from a community college and has a couple of stickers on it that should clean off with a little effort. It comes with the power adapter shown in the pictures.
