Moo Elixir is a fast-growing tallow-based skincare brand carried in 500+ Sprouts Farmers Market locations nationwide. We're looking for a reliable, outgoing demo rep in the Phoenix area to represent our brand in-store and drive real sales.
This isn't a stand-in-the-corner gig. We want someone who owns the floor, starts conversations, and genuinely connects with Sprouts shoppers around a product they believe in.
—— WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING ——
• Running 2–3 hour in-store demos across 33 Sprouts locations in the Phoenix area
• Educating customers on tallow skincare and the Moo Elixir product line
• Sampling products, answering questions, and closing sales
• Rotating through store locations consistently — reliability and follow-through are a must
• Representing the brand with energy, knowledge, and authenticity
—— PAY ——
• $25/hour base
• $5 bonus for every unit sold during your demo
• Top reps are earning $35–40+/hour — the bonus is real and the opportunity is there if you can sell
• Flexible scheduling, 2–3 hour shifts
—— LOGISTICS ——
• Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to drive up to 30 minutes to store locations across the Phoenix metro
• We have 33 Sprouts locations in this market — we need someone who can commit to rotating through stores on a consistent schedule, not just doing one or two and going quiet
• Shifts are flexible and scheduled around your availability

• Reliable — this is the most important quality we hire for. We need someone who shows up, follows through, and communicates
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching shoppers — not waiting for them to come to you
• A self-starter who will learn our products inside and out before walking into the store
• Familiar with Sprouts Farmers Market and their locations across Phoenix
• Sales or brand ambassador experience preferred
• Genuine interest in tallow skincare or natural/ancestral wellness a big plus
