Bakery Production Worker assists in the preparation, baking, and packaging of bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety. This role supports daily production operations in a fast-paced bakery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and slicers
Shape and portion breads, pastries, and other baked goods
Package, label, and store finished products properly
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations
Assist with inventory, ingredient stocking, and waste reduction
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications & Skills:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warm/freezing conditions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work shifts including nights and weekends
Work Environment:
Fast-paced production setting
Exposure to heat, 0 to negative degree temperature, food allergens, and bakery equipment
Requires adherence to strict hygiene and safety standards
We have Morning, Mid-Shift, and Nights available
Schedule: We have an entry time but no set out time for example
(Morning: 8am-Production is finished Mid-Shift 10/11am- production is finished Night: 6pm-production is finished)
