One crypt, #304, has never been used; #305 held my grandmother from 1960 until 1980, when she was moved to Valley of the Sun in Chandler.
MSRP for these crypts are $12,995 each.
The transfer fee is $695 per transaction, so it would be paid one time if the pair are purchased.
