Mine is a little different than the dining room photo. Mine has three lights.
The height is adjustable. You can shorten the height by removing sections of the fixture's tubing.
I also have 3 decorative globe light bulbs for sale that work with this fixture. They sell for $40 each, my price is $20 each (see photos).
