It is a soft-sided case made of Cordura dense ballistic nylon fabric designed for maximum abrasion and tear resistance and originally developed by DuPont for military use. The suitcase is secured with heavy-duty YKK nylon coil zippers which are easy to operate.
The suitcase has an extruded honeycomb ABS frame with injection-molded internal and external reinforcements, making it both lightweight and durable. A soft foam edge all but eliminates seam wear. The corners have triple-stitched, externally welted and internally bound seams that are reinforced with high-impact injection molded bumpers.
The handle is made of an unbreakable one-piece single stage high carbon steel tubing to be ultra-dependable. It stores on the exterior of the suitcase to conserve packing space. The wheels also are mounted externally to save interior space. The hardware is made of injection-molded nylon designed to withstand a lifetime of use. The military spec nylon webbing is virtually unbreakable.
The exterior of the suitcase measures 22”x14”x10” and the interior is 21¾”x12”x7”. It is made in the USA and is warranted against defects in workmanship or materials by Andiamo. The suitcase was used on only two trips and has spent most of its life resting on a closet shelf. The interior is in like-new condition, while the exterior has a few scuffs and scratches as expected on any luggage used for air travel. The suitcase has been cleaned and is ready for immediate use.
