Delicacy Eggs:
$10/dozen
Serama eggs are wonderful. Only a little larger than quail eggs, they offer lots of nutrients in a small egg. They have a large yolk to white ratio which gives them a rich, creamy flavor. They are great boiled, pickled and are delicious on toast! They are great in traditional quail egg recipies.
Serama hatching eggs: $25/dozen.

*EGGS:
My eggs are clean, but unwashed. I collect throughout the day everyday. If an egg is soiled, the chickens get to eat it. I only collect clean eggs. Serama eggs are laid by my 8, free ranging serama hens. The large eggs in the image are from my Americauna (blue) and Welsummer/Maran mix (brown). I included these so that you can see that the eggs being offered are indeed small, serama eggs. I turn hatching eggs daily and keep them at proper temperature to ensure viability. The eggs in the photo have not been washed or touched up in any way. This is truly how clean my eggs are upon collection.
